Octa-switch rates its name
Quality:
Seems well built
Sound:
Seems to have no sound of its own. Be careful of mixing device chain/loops... its too easy to mix modes with line level in effects loops of amp and guitar level fx...
Reliability:
Haven't had it very long... but the I/O jacks seem a bit wimpy for heavy road use
Overall:
Good unit... flexible and intuitive... EASY to set up. Sensitive to power-supply noise (with buffer engaged). Input jack seems lacking in "grip" for plug... my plug keeps working its way loose from jack. Tried various types of 1/4 in plugs... same results.
Playability and Feel:
Works fine... but routing is not releasable... one must use one patch to act as bypass.

No issues with tone
