How dependable? very light compared to my other boards.seems to be well made. dont know how well it will hold up moving it around from stage to stage, i just got it. I wasn't happy about the outputs. I thought it would take a 1/4" plug to go to my D.I but it dosen't. So if you plan to plug into a mixer be ready to buy some very small stero jacks. A good piano sound is what I was looking for in a 88 key with good feel and under 1,000. This is it. I would like to see casio add 1/4 outputs and a out put for a volume pedal.
