Quality: It is very well made. Does everything we need it to do and more. It will take me forever to learn all that it can do. Has fairly easy instructions to walk you through anything you need to do.

Subject:Casio WK 500 is very easy to play!
Quality: It looks and sounds great. I was impressed at the life like tones--especially the pipe organ sounds! The other organ sounds are rather close to the sound of my Lowery Organ. The feel of the keyboard is similar to a piano.
Features: The LCD is helpful but small for even for my corrected vision. I like the black color; however, it makes it difficult to see the names/symbols of the buttons. It would be better if the lettering/symbols for the buttons were more brilliant.
Ease of Use: It was very easy to use, and I was able to start playing songs immediately. Had to use the manual to learn the setting for the layering and more complicated settings.
Sound: The tone is great with realistic sounds. Having fun exploring all the variations.
Action: My husband opened the box and set it up for me. After plugging it in, I was off and playing some familiar songs. There were no problems, and it arrived without any visible damage (the box had damage).
Value: Yes, this appears to be a super value for the cost of the product. I am very pleased, thanks to American Musical Supply.
