A good keyboard to get you going!
Quality:
Build quality is about average for this entry level keyboard. The feel of the keys took some getting used to,but no complaints for it's price.
Features:
Recordable song tracks, good voices.Decent display.I put six D alkaline batteries and a 2gb memory card(max) in it so when it's unplugged, you wont lose your presets. Not sure what I would change yet because I'm still learning some of the many features it has.
Ease of Use:
Easy to play, takes awhile to get the most out of it.Very playable out of the box.
Sound:
Most of the tones are quite good, some I may never use.
I have it plugged into a Behringer keyboard amp and it sounds pretty good.
Value:
Excellent value overall in it's price class.I only have it a short time, but it's growing on me.

Taz Christian Praise Band St.Louis, Mo.
Quality:
Let's get real here for a moment, it is a home entertainment style keyboard w/ onboard speakers and a multitrack sequencer. It is not a Triton,Motif,Fantom, etc. but for what it is it does it well. I have used in church and for home sing a longs w/ family, good "idea" unit.
Features:
76 keys true left and right outputs and USB.
Ease of Use:
easy to use, like the numerical input as opposed to the dials on the WK6500 and 7500.
Sound:
again good tones but not Korg, Roland, pro sounds, but alright and usable on stage definately.
Action:
good action for what it is.
Value:
good bang for the buck. 48 note Poly, onboard sequencer, and digital patches that are good, layering, can hook up to laptop and run soft synthas a controller, and all for 250 bucks.......not bad.

Extremely Great Value
Quality:
Perfect sound, perfect feel, and lots of features, all of which work as stated.
Features:
I can't believe all the features that this piano has. Tons of different sounds, recording capability, sampling capability, rhythms, etc. The trick is to remember how to use all it's functions!! It also has midi out so you can connect it to a computer and have even more fun. I have several programs on my computer that let me input using this Casio keyboard. Or I can record a song, save it as a midi file and import it to one of these programs. Very neat!
Ease of Use:
The default is grand piano, and it sounded like one. There is a great manual which is easier to read and understand than most manuals. It also had songbooks an Appendix to summarize the tones and song library and such on one sheet. Very well organized.
Sound:
I was impressed at the sound quality coming out of the built-in speakers. I thought I would have to hook it up to my home stereo system to get any decent sound, but I was wrong...the speakers are terrific!
Action:
I got the non factory sealed package, and everything was packaged well and shipped well. Setup took only a few minutes, with everything included as stated.

Nice keyboard for a great price
Value:
Excellent value. I'm a beginner and I think this is a great starter keyboard, especially if you purchase the pack with the stand and whatnot. I would enjoy lighted keys, but that's not a deal-breaker by any means. Great amount of tones, great features and a great price.

Casio WK 500 is very easy to play!
Quality:
It looks and sounds great. I was impressed at the life like tones--especially the pipe organ sounds! The other organ sounds are rather close to the sound of my Lowery Organ. The feel of the keyboard is similar to a piano.
Features:
The LCD is helpful but small for even for my corrected vision. I like the black color; however, it makes it difficult to see the names/symbols of the buttons. It would be better if the lettering/symbols for the buttons were more brilliant.
Ease of Use:
It was very easy to use, and I was able to start playing songs immediately. Had to use the manual to learn the setting for the layering and more complicated settings.
Sound:
The tone is great with realistic sounds. Having fun exploring all the variations.
Action:
My husband opened the box and set it up for me. After plugging it in, I was off and playing some familiar songs. There were no problems, and it arrived without any visible damage (the box had damage).
Value:
Yes, this appears to be a super value for the cost of the product. I am very pleased, thanks to American Musical Supply.
