Was looking to upgrade 2 homemade w bins I had some old 90s mcCauley woofers in. Specs looked decent price was right! Wanted another Definimax but out of stock again... I bought 2 of these for the Wbins but not what I was expecting not good with the lows. I put one of these in a Jbl Jrx100 box I had now that sounds awesome!

I have 4 of these. They have taken a real beating and haven’t failed. I’ve thrown everything at them. I played them heavy and loud right out of the box but they get better as they burn in. They say they’re 1000 watts but so far I’ve played them on a circuit of 3000 watts per pair. I think they are under rated. I bought them originally because I found out that this is the woofer that QSC uses, or atleast uses as a replacement.

I own 4 of this and planning to add 4 more beacause i know this woofer is trusted i drive in 8ohm,make sure your amp rated at 1200w up rms 8ohm and have more headroom available,its true the discription stated that have smoother cone movement even you drive abuse this woofer..
