This guitar was shipped to me in two days. It arrived in perfectly fine condition. Did have to do a minor setup on the guitar fir my playing style. All the frets where perfect no rough ends or anything paint is flawless.

I love this guitar because it looks killer with double humbuckers and a Floyd rose! It plays buttery smooth since the frets are beautifully polished and the neck is a premium work of art! The body is tough and resonant! This guitar is such a great value for being a beautiful tone monster!!!

Beautiful guitar. Great set up right out the box. Satin neck is very smooth and comfortable. The Seymour Duncan pickups sound amazing, great beefy rock tones. Love the single coil split and having a tone knob. Actually like this better than my Charvel SC-1 Relic Superstock.

My Charvel San Dimas came on time and AMS payment plan is awesome. Guitar was tuned with low action right from the box. Seymour Duncan pick-ups sound clear through chords with high gain. The pick-up switching was able to dial in clean velvety sounds. Over all great experience.

I knew this one was a winner on day one. Out of the box the action was perfect. The ability to split or tap both humbuckers gives you the ability to play any genre on one guitar. On top of that, it is light and well balanced, just really comfortable to play and I love the oil finished neck and fret board. Normally on a maple fret board there is a glossy coating, not on this one. it feels great, ultra smooth. The only complainant I had was with a noticeable brown smudge from the factory, Not AMS' fault. It wiped right off with a wet wipe so no biggie, but AMS was happy to give me a discount on my next payment because it didn't arrive in *Perfect* condition.
Overall, very pleased, I think I found MY brand. Charvel all the way :)

I just bought this one recently but I’ve been beating the hell out of my San Dimas style 2 for 2 years now on the road. It’s never let me down. Humidity and ice cold mean nothing to these beasts. If this one is built half as good as the other one it’s gonna be around for a long time.

I got this guitar because of the Charvel name. I've played them for years, but this one is tops for me. It does it all - chunky metal, rock, singing clean, bluesy warmth. The neck is clean and fast, and I've had to tune it once (and then only with the fine tuners when I got it out of the box.) This guitar replaced three others for me - it's a workhorse.

At a fist look I thought I was going to be a mistake buying this guitar but after a little setup this bad machine plays great, my only complain is the bridge, they can do beater as with the electronics.
But the 6 pack of sound is great, it makes this a super versatile guitar.
The neck toke me a little getting use to cause it not like fender.
Freats are rounded.
Light guitar, that is packing some grate tone.

This guitar is amazing! The sound is great and it's a very comfortable guitar. I have been a fender player for years and it feels just like a strat!! Pickups are great and the Floyd rose is very comfortable too. Overall a 10 out of 10 guitar!!

This Charvel is one of the best guitars I have ever owned,and I have owned a few....I have had 2 Jackson PC1’s,as well as a U.S.made Soloist...I was skeptical that a Mexican made guitar in this price range could rival the U.S.made Jackson’s that I am used to playing,but it does....it plays every bit as good as my PC1’s,which cost 4 times as much...the Charvels greatest asset is it’s neck...the rolled fingerboard edges are a very nice touch,and the urethane gel finish on the back of the neck feels great....very fast...the pickups are great...you can’t go wrong with a Seymour Duncan JB and the 59 in the neck position....the push pull “6 pack of sound”option is very versatile...you can get really glassy,stratty tones with it,as well as chest thumping palm mutes....all around just a great guitar for a great price...it feels and plays like a much more expensive guitar....the fit and finish is perfect..but,it did have to have a complete setup...action was high,and it was way out of tune..

This guitar seemed like everything I was looking for. Loved the options. Big fan of Seymore Duncan pickups, especially the JB in the bridge. Unfortunately with all the various options, noise issues can come with it. Especially in the middle toggle position. It sounded great on clean channels but when I throw in some gain it hums like crazy when I;m not playing. I took it to my guitar tech who's installed JB's in all of my guitars, including my Wolfgang Standard which made it sound like I paid twice the price. He was amazed at how poorly wired it was and so much extra loose wire stuffed in. He found a couple grounding issues and got it better but any one of my other guitars will be quiet when I'm not playing. This one, however better now, still hums. Best of luck. I hope you do better. I called AMS tech support when I bought the guitar since I thought about returning it. They said it's inherent to the guitar. That's my experience. Too bad. it feels great, looks great, plays great.

I have owned many guitars and I Have say this is one of the best it showed up on my door step and out of the box it had the high e string that was broke and im thinking oh no train wreck so I install all new strings an this guitar came to life its set up is great innotation is spot on plays like a dream and the staff at american music supply are the best,Great service great.product!

Never owned a charvel guitar but completely impressed. Feels like I've had the guitar forever super comfortable just adjusted Floyd to my tuning in minutes. Really high quality for the price pickups are amazing and heavy can be split sounds like a strat

Smooth neck/fretboard little wider than a strat. Pickups just sound crisp n I use amp sim software. I got the Snow White... beautiful! The chrome hardware really makes it shine.

I have 3 other Charvels, just thought the pink color looked cool. I figured since I was so pleased with the others I was in store for the same. Sorry folks not so. Guitar came I heard some rattling opened up back cavity 1 spring was just slapping around; now this is not enough to write a bad review but it only starts there. Next the fret edges were so far off the fret board if your a shredder you would surely spill some blood. This isn't a cheap guitar guess they stopped doing fret dress in Mexico.

I had watched a lot of videos, particularly the product demos from NAMM 2016, on the new 2016 Charvel Pro Mod and they were spot on. I got the trans purple, which looks amazing & the black nickel hardware is beautiful. I love everything about this guitar - the "six pack" of tone produces extremely usable sounds. Previous guitars that I owned that had push/pull coil tapping left you with some weak sounds when single coil engaged, with a noticeable volume dropoff, but the six combinations here pretty much cover it all from Les Paul to Strat to Super Strat. The JB in the bridge and the 59 in the neck are a winning combination and I love Zebra pickups anyway. The compound radius neck and rolled edges, unfinished and smooth as silk. It came out of the box perfectly setup and almost exactly in tune, straight from AMS.I find the Floyd to be extremely stable, as are the Charvel branded tuners-again- gorgeous in black nickel. Intonation and neck are perfect!!
