I'm coming from a Cordoba Ukulele 20tm ce for the past year and a Yamaha APXT2 for the past couple of months. The sound on this guitar BOOMS by comparison. I love the bass strings so much. I am a little disappointed in how quite the first string is but I think this may just be the nature of nylon strings on an acoustic. After receiving the guitar it was setup near perfect but after a day or two of playing the 5th string was buzzing. A small truss rod adjustment helped with this quite a bit. I also need to grab a humidifier as I think this may be impacting the fret buzz as, well but I'm not sure.
I've also picked up a GK Studio Limited from another place, used, and am looking forward to comparing the two. Great deal, a great brand, and American Musical Supply offered great financing over 6 months that enabled me to not have to pass up on this and wait. Very convenient. Thanks guys!!

I initially received a defective guitar and AMS took care of me and sent a replacement. Their customer service is top notch! Replacement guitar needed some setup, saddle height adjustment and humidification (fret ends sticking out). Now it is playing smoothly and robustly. I'm surprised at the HT Savarez strings, they feel like med/low tension. Guitar is beautiful(RW and Spruce) and is a nice step up from my beginner classical. I wish Cordoba would include a better case--with humidifier. I've only had for a couple of weeks but I love playing this thing and look forward to improving everyday!

Every time a product is mass produced in a factory it looses it beauty, the attention to detail is not as good as when is done by a true luthier. The endings on the wire fret were not file therefore they are sharp and keep you on your toes if you need to move in either direction fast may get a paper cut so, for the price yes a complete booboo on my part I got myself a factory produced Cordoba at a crazy price so no I am not happy at this point I deserve I let the promos get the best of me

Your general opinion of this product.
I purchased this guitar a couple weeks ago to replace my entry level Yamaha. I am soooooo happy. The sound quality is amazing, volume projected is excellent and it is a very beautiful guitar. Comes with a humidified case and lifetime warranty.
Made by hand in China with all solid wood materials. Excellent.
Easy to play
Crisp and snappy high notes. Warm though a bit muted low notes.

Only had it two weeks. But with a lifetime warranty, I feel safe.
