Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? It is probably of quality beyond expectation. Dependable as a keepsake. Reliability How has it stood up over time? It has endured. General Your general opinion of this product. Worth the personal effort to acquire. Playability and Feel How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing? The feel from appearance is combination classical and flamenco with rare appreciation for exotic and valuable east indian woods. Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? I see no pickups. Finish How did the stain or paint job look? The stain is a mystical damper equivalent to Flamenco and grants a rare authority to a classical performance. Action How was the action out of the box? slow

Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? The workmanship appears to be remarkable. Time will tell, but she already sounds like she's been opened up. Reliability How has it stood up over time? Jury is not in on this yet. General Your general opinion of this product. Let me say up front that I'm a professional jazz guitarist with no classical training but have wanted a quality classical gut-string guitar for quite a while. I had looked long and hard at classical guitars within my budget before deciding on the Cordoba C10. Snatches of video by guitarists who were actually classically trained gave me a hint as to what the guitar would sound like. Plus, she was a beauty, with the ebony fretboard and rosette inlay. When she arrived, I was not disappointed. Simply a gorgeous guitar. Playability and Feel How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing? The action and feel make this guitar a joy to play. Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? I have already remarked on the marvelous tone of this instrument- I've played much more expensive hand-made guitars which were not as expressive. And she projects very well. Finish How did the stain or paint job look? Finish is wonderful, not too thick and flawlessly applied. The rosette inlay is stunning. Action How was the action out of the box? String tension is good, she plays effortlessly all the way up the fretboard, no appreciable buzzing.
