Let me say up front that I'm a professional jazz guitarist with no classical training but have wanted a quality classical gut-string guitar for quite a while. I had looked long and hard at classical guitars within my budget before deciding on the Cordoba C10. Snatches of video by guitarists who were actually classically trained gave me a hint as to what the guitar would sound like. Plus, she was a beauty, with the ebony fretboard and rosette inlay. When she arrived, I was not disappointed. Simply a gorgeous guitar.

The action and feel make this guitar a joy to play.
Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
I have already remarked on the marvelous tone of this instrument- I've played much more expensive hand-made guitars which were not as expressive. And she projects very well.
Finish
How did the stain or paint job look?
Finish is wonderful, not too thick and flawlessly applied. The rosette inlay is stunning.
Action
How was the action out of the box?
String tension is good, she plays effortlessly all the way up the fretboard, no appreciable buzzing.
