Plug it in, press the button on the remote when you want fog. It takes 5 minutes to warm up, then will give you 12-24 seconds of fog until it needs to cycle again (a few minutes). Sound How is the tone? Overall Your general opinion of this product. I bought it in a pinch for Halloween to replace my older Chauvet fogger that had stopped working. Thought I would be able to use it on stage, too. With the cycle time needed between short fog periods, there's just no way it puts out enough to get any kind of coverage. Value Was this item an overall good value? Good value for the price. If you're looking for a good fogger for stage purposes, this isn't going to be what you're looking for.
