I haven't had much time to really use the first one yet, but so far, I like it enough to order at least two more. I plan to use them with a chase controller that I saw in a YouTube video about the Pinspots. (The controller can be sound-activated, but the Pinspots cannot.)
A set of three or four would be easy to carry and set up at a gig, even with the controller and some extension cables (power cables; they don't use DMX) and clamps in the bag.
For other than just a plain white spotlight, the Pinspots have colored gels, but no GOBOs. Mine had some small disks, about the diameter of a dime, that appaear to have a pattern on them almost like a GOBO. Those aren't mentioned in the user manual, so I'll have to figure out what they are, or ask someone at Chauvet.

Not happy at all! The description says very bright and a hard edge. I suppose it’s relative but I have a 700 lumen flashlight that’s brighter and better than this light. I now have to buy something else.

Your general opinion of this product.
I had done some investigating on these lights at other online stores and AMS was the best price, free delivery, and prompt service! The lights were better than I expected, so much so that I am ordering two more!
The lights are well made, and great quality!
I opened the box, took the plastic bag off of them, plugged them in and started up the disco ball! As easy as that!
For a home application I think they are perfect. The adjustable bracket can be used to hang the lights, or sit up on their own on the counter!
