The best feature is the power handling abilities and the ability to adjust the sound. I found the quality of the construction to be amazing! 50 pounds of raw crewing vega power! This is no mini speaker, it rocks!!! .

VERY heavy for it's size, and seems to be very well-constructed. I got the "painted" (as oppsoed to carpeted) finish... paint is kind of scratched/ coming off in one corner already after what I consider very lgiht use... more cosmetic than anything... just be careful when moving them not to drag them or protective finish will get messed up.

Volume and clarity, especially when paired with a sub, so the cva focuses only on the highs. Even without sub, bass is solid for 8" speakers. With my set up, I have 2 CVA 28s on top of each of the 2 CW 118 subs I have. My friend pointed out that on each sub, I have 32 inches total of speaker pushing air... as opposed to most people with a 1x15 full range speaker set up.

Very easy to use... plug and go. Had soem buzz/ feedback issues, but this was due to a ground loop issue with the mixer... bought a ground loop isolator, problem solved.
