plays beautifully. i have a Takamine, Guild, Ovation, Yamaha and this plays better thatn all of them but the Guild- but is equal to the Guild!
Tone:
the tone is bright but full- excellent resonance

flawless finish. actually more beautiful in person
Action:
action right out of the box was acceptable. always difficult when you get a guitar shipped to you vs. going to the store and geting it set up.

Quality:
Very well made,Dependable ! I just got it and started useing it. But will find out as I do around 20 gig's per month.
Sound:
A little tinny but I went to heaver strings and it cleared right up.
Reliability:
It is new, so we shall see. I play a lot.
Overall:
Beautiful,easy playing neck
Playability and Feel:
It is not heavey,It is lighter in weight than the old Ovation I was useing.Neck is good,straight, Control's are right where they should be.
Tone:
With the heaver string's,it has the tone I need for my music.Pickup is good.
Finish:
It is simply beautiful!
Action:
Very good ,but I still set it up.

Quality:
The instrumnent is very well made with a lot of attention to detail. Although I have only had the guitar for a couple of weeks it feels like a guitar that will stand up to constant use.
Sound:
This guitar sounds bright and lacks bass resonance accoustically but can be adjusted to sound great amplified.
Reliability:
I have only had this guitar for a few weeks so I can't comment on its reliability. But it is solidly built.
Overall:
Beautiful, well-made guitar with good sound and excellent features.
Playability and Feel:
Playability is good; the neck feels comfortable; the action is uniform; weight is maybe a little heavy but not bad; controls are well-placed; the tuner works like a champ; the EQ allows the guitar to sound like my Taylor when amplified.
Tone:
Definitely a bright tone with the bottom-end dampened by the possibly overly-solid construction. The pickups can sound a bit electric depending on the attack but overall the sound is great amplified.
Finish:
This is one gorgeous instrument! The actual color was a little bit darker than in the online photos which made it even more beautiful.
Action:
The neck buzzed but a little loosening of the truss rod with the included allen wrench and the action became very good.

What a nice piece of wood
Quality:
The artistical workmanship of this guitar is extreme.Everyone I know,Guitar Players and Lay-People,all have talked about the beauty and the workmanship of this guitar.
Reliability:
I have switched from chord tunings to another,and "stays in tune".I have played tunes from Paul McCartney,to George Strait,and keeps it's beautiful sound through out all.
Overall:
Nicest Guitar I have ever purchased,Since I have to work for a Living.I have owned many guitars in my 54 years of age,but I would have to say this one overall ranks at the highest level for price,workmanship,and price.
Playability and Feel:
Will handle Rock,Country,R&B,whatever you want to throw at it.
Tone:
Beautiful,Beautiful sound.
Finish:
Can't say enough for the Artists at Dean Guitars.
Action:
Used the Tuner slightly,apparently from shipping,but basically very good out-of-the-box.
