Subject:EASY TO USE!!!
Quality: The hardware interface itself isn't the best built thing I've used. But neither is most the interfaces like this type/range.
Features: Plenty of features to get you going. If your just looking to sketchpad your ideas, etc. This thing will get it done, and then some.
Ease of Use: I've never used ProTools before. So it took me a minute to figure it out. It was much easier than I thought it was going to be to learn.
Value: I think the price is just right. At the time I purchased it, there were several different options to choose from. So I chose the Studio Pro Bundle. With the iLok and extra plug-ins, which is totally worth it.
Appearance: The thing looks pretty cool from the front. Be even cooler if the face was Red.

Subject:The Gateway from your instruments to your PC/Mac!!!
Quality: Very sturdy and solid but I definately would not drop it or allow anything to happen to it. Hasn't failed me yet and I've had it for a year. Sometimes when the cables are loose then you'll hear some static in the background but once those cables are tightened up you're good to go.
Features: I like how I can all of my equipment connected all at once and I like how I can record and playback music instantly. I wish there were more inputs but thats what the big brothers are for like theMbox 2 Pro and 003 Digirack and then the Big Daddies in the PT HD family.
Ease of Use: Beware, before you purchase this product, read the manual about a week before doing so that way you have an idea on what to do. Like I said before, I've had this for about a year and I still haven't touched everything. The beginning is not easy but once you get up and running you'll be force to wreckon with.
Value: For most people the Factory would be ideal but if you play the guitar and have a good multi effects board/pedals and a good mixer you'll be fine without the Factory Bundle. If you are a digital person and you want to mix and master and use plug ins straight out of the box then yes .
Appearance: Its not something I'd hide under the desk but its not something I'd put in a glass display but it does look like it belongs in a studio of some sort.
