Quality
Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable?
Very well made, but I was a little disappointed that the Dimarzio pickup wire wasn't shielded like the stock pickup wire was. I haven't noticed a real big increase in noise, though.
Reliability
How has it stood up over time?
Just recently installed, but it is quality, so it should hold up just fine.
General
Your general opinion of this product.
This is a hot pickup to really slam the pre-amp section of your amp
Playability and Feel
How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
Definitely thick sounding, with a pronounced mid-range hump. Kind of dark, but it could be the Les Paul's mahagony body...I think it would be brighter on a lighter wood guitar.
Finish
How did the stain or paint job look?
Action
How was the action out of the box?
