Well built and should be as dependable as earlier versions.
Reliability
How has it stood up over time?
I have had the older 2 pedal Jamman for many years with no issues. This version seems to be built as well.

Outstanding piece of equipment. I have the older 2 pedal version and was very happy with usability and function. This model has many more features and was less expensive (because of a great AMS sale}. It also saves money because you can do without the FS3X for normal use. This model can now be compared to the Boomerang. Great for studio work but is also excellent added functions for live performance. Delay, reverse, slowdown, 16 hr recording time, count down and many more improvements. Dead simple to use, check out Youtube for demos on ease of use.

I've only had this unit for 3 weeks but is seems well built.
General
Your general opinion of this product.
This unit is functional but it needs to be more intuitive. It takes too many buttons to record and playback an actual loop. It looks like they sacrificed usability for the sake of features.
Playability and Feel
How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
The buttons seem a bit still but that is probably necessary for reliability.
Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
The tone seems average. It's pretty quiet in actual operation.
Finish
How did the stain or paint job look?
Pretty good.
