Product Review This is a great looper with many cool features. The problem is that you are left to discover most of them yourself. As with most of the the digitech products, the application support is non-exsistant (I own a VL-5 and The Trio which I am returning for Trio+ , I also own the fs3x footswitch). It seems like this 6 year old product has been abandoned, no software or firmware updates. The sound is very clear with low noise, The unit has "Snap"-type foot switches, rather than soft-touch which may bug some people. Has External memory slot There are frustrating issues, The tempo has to be tapped, the software is buggy, the rhythm loops are primitive.

Product Review I love my stereo/delay looper but it takes up lots of space on my pedal board so I jumped on this while iIt is a gtreat unit but my biggest kudos go to the shipping dept. I live 325 miles from AMS so I am thrilled that this toy was on my porch 19 hrs. after I ordered it. at basis alone I will always check AMS for new gear...Thanks

-10dBu levels only (+4dB not supported)

Your general opinion of this product. The main problem with this JML2 product is the operating levels, which are not compatible with pro +4dB inputs or effects loops, which causes many problems that would bot be a problem had +4dB levels been also supported. Seems well made. Nice metal chassis and finish. Tried to add to end of pedalboard chain, but, this doesn't work properly since it alters amp input signal levels; therefore, the gain is affected when the JML2 output level is changed. In other words, this changes your guitar distortion amount when you don't want it altered. Second, if you would like to connect the JML2 to the insert loop on your amp, you can't do that either if you are running +4dB levels, as it only supports -10dB. In other words extra gear is going to be necessary to shift levels between your gear and the JML2; this gear is not cheap, and, it adds unncessary complexity and cabling to your setup, making everything cumbersome to say the least. I've noticed the same problems with other DigiTech gear, in that their designs are not flexible enough to permit their devices in all but one location in the signal chaing, so in many cases you only have the one location that it can be inserted, and, that's it. The JML2 has this problem because is seriouwly needed a -10dB/+

Very high Quality, all metal housing. Your general opinion of this product. Excellent, it is fairly simple to use, the start and stop of loops is easy to do, and the added bonus FS3X footswitch is a nice to have but not needed. The only thing it adds is undo, which is right at your feet on the JML2, and it does reverse playback and tap tempo to change speed of loops, which are two things like I said are nice to have but don't use much. Would be nice if the footswitch buttons could be re-assigned to my own preference. It does not allow you to scroll up and down through the memory bank which would be good...if I am live I still need to use the JML2 buttons, so the extra footswitch is not really useful for live applications, maybe just for goofing at home. Does not suck tone from my acoustic or my Les Paul through a Fender Twin tube amp.

Quality is great. I've owned alot of Digitech products over the years and thats why i keep buying them. As with anything, proper care needed. If you play out alot, invest in padded gig bags or cases. My looper never leaves the studio so it is not an issue for me. Your general opinion of this product. This is a great tool for working out your solos. Fast and easy--- click, click, boom and you've got playback all at your feet, hands free! Good for novice and experts alike. The finish is just fine, stands out nicely. Having owned Digitech products for years it was easy to adapt to this pedal quickly. Simply read the instructions and learn one function at a time.

Yes, very weel made and sturdy, looks as if it will be very dependable. I've only had it 2 weeks but it looks as if it's designed to last for years with proper care. Your general opinion of this product. Very good product, wonderful idea. Not real heavy but seems very sturdy, controls well labeled and the extra built in foot switches are very nice. It doesn't change the tone of your guitar or any other input source. Great no flaws at all. Great no problems at all, the learning curve was very short and the manual is weel written.

So far it seems very well made. I have to admit that digitech's products have gotten a lot better over time. I've been using DOD and digitech for a few years and they've definitely had some innovations that have made their products much studier that others. Only had it a few days, but it's built like a tank. Should last a long time. The foot switches are very sturdy. The knobs and other controls are recessed at the top so that there's not much chance of stepping on them accidentally. Your general opinion of this product. It's great! Even came with a few built in loops which I wasn't expecting. It's solid. Weighs about 4 lbs. It's not going anywhere when you put it on the floor. Like I said, it reproduces perfectly whatever you record. Looks good. The blue color is nice. I took it out of the box, hooked it up and started jamming to the built in tracks. It's really cool.
