Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? Like a tank. This cry baby is constructed of very solid, heavy metal. It's so beautifully heavy, so it remains near-anchored to the stage...yep, by its weight and rubber bottom alone. The modulation is dependable and will deliver exactly what you heard last time you played if you set it up and work it as you did before. Of course, make sure that your strings aren't dead before you complain that "it ain't what it used to be." I expect this box to be of heirloom duration. Features What do you consider to be the best features of this product? What features would you add to this product if you could? The classic cry-baby pedal adapted to the bass freq-range! Dunlop does it best, without ridiculous bells and whistles others add to cover up what they lack. I play a lot of slap, and when I want my sound to get over-the-top psychelic bootsy-inspired, I love the huge range I can cover to, indeed, bring that Mothership down! Also, I love how one only needs to remove his/her foot from the pedal for it to "buzz off." So many other knockoffs have buttons you need to stomp for that purpose. Sound How is its Tone? Godly: I believe Mr Collins would gladly autograph my pedal, because it helps me APPROXIMATE his sound (sans the other effects he uses). If you ever listened to Bootsy funk it up, well, this pedal can help you get there too. Playability and Feel How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing? It feels like honey...you know, it just oozes under your foot, with you the sole-master of the speed at which this baby flies. I'm afraid it has no neck, however. Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? The tone covers the entire useful range of the bass' EQ. Finish How did the stain or paint job look? You can't miss this thing on stage: The white paintjob is consistent, thick, and eye-catching. Perty! Action How was the action out of the box? This baby's got very fine action, downright ridiculous how the pedal can be pumped without a blip of a hitch.
