A little smaller than I expected. Still, a good pick and it’s nice to have different sizes, materials, and thicknesses to influence my playing style. Feels nice and good for softer jazzy tones.

I have used Jazz lll's or similar for the last 35 years but was finding them a little to small. I invested in some of the Acrylic picks that are about $8 a piece and loved how they don't move around with a lighter grip but if you loose them on stage...it's a drag. I deceided to give these Ultrex Jazz 3 XL's a try. They sound great, perfect thickness and size, just right. Best of all, they don't slip much, almost as well as the designer jobs. These are my new fav every day picks. I have tried MANY and these are a solid and economical choice! BTW- they stay put in my hand better than the nylon or Tortex imo.

I've been using the smaller version of these which have been my go to pick. I thought I'd give these a try and I'm glad I did. These still have the same feel but just easier to hold on to for me.
