Really great! Simple design, perfect material. The logo on the one i got was a more modern orange, looks better than the pic. You can twist it while its on the stand to have more options other than just a straight row.

The oldest one i have is about 9 years old and shows no signs of cracking in the rubber at all.

Great product. I have several of these, one on mic stand, one on the guitar stand (easy to grab the guitar and a pick when at home practicing). I also have an old one I use on my tool box, I use it to hold a few razor blades for easy access. Holds anything that is thin (under 1.8mm) and mounts to vertually any round or flat edge. I also have another mounted to my studio desk, it just slides right onto the edge and holds my picks well.

The action is great, mount, place picks in slot, pull pick out of slot as needed.
