Seems to be well made and I feel like it will last a long time.

This product is difficult to find. There are many music stores in Milwaukee, and upon calling them, not one carries a slide holder. I was happy to see this site has them. Another major musician's web site had them on back order so I went with this site. The quality of the rubber is very good and it grips the mic stand nicely and has a glow in the dark slide holder, which doesn't matter much because we play under lights, so I've never actually seen it in the dark yet.
Playability and Feel:
Feels just right.
Tone:
It's a slide holder. It doesn't have tone.

It's black which is good because so is my mic stand.
Action:
Fit the mic stand perfectly, right out of the box.

like all DUNLAP products.. they are built for the abuse of the stage.

Just got it.
Overall:
Will make lost or broken slides on stage a lot less likely.
I like the little tab on the holder that will keep the slide more upright...easier to grab.
And it still has room for 6 or so picks!

Finish:
Flat black rubber. The one pictured above has a black plastic "finger" to hold the slide.
Mine came with a white one that GLOWS in the DARK!
