| it seems a little cheep but it works perfectly if you have the right strap buttons. This is designed for vintage style small strap buttons. It will not work on modern large strap buttons like you find on Schecters, ESPs, Ibanez. It fits on strap buttons that are cone shaped that are found on many Fenders, G&Ls. | Broke when attempting to squeeze it onto the button after the strap was on. It was a shot, gambled 3.95 and lost. I wouldn't trust it with my guitars. | | Sound:

| The hole is too small to get it on most buttons, and if you can, the lock is usually too thick (1/8 inch) to press it on the button enough to lock it when there is a strap on also. Seems like it might have worked on some ac-elecs I have with small buttons, but see below. Again, you need to make sure you have at least 1/8 inch of room inside the lip of the button after the strap is on, or you won't be able to get it on. | | Playability and Feel:
