I've used a lot of different wahs over the years, from the classic Crybaby to Zak's more hi-gain wah to the Hendrix wah, Morley's, and so on.
None will ever sound as good or natural as this bad boy. If you love that classic wah sound regardless of playing style, the Classic Crybaby is and will always be the go to wah.

The “Fasel” is the key. I’ve bought and sold so many styles of Wah’s.
I’ve returned to this one and if you like “classic” rock, blues with flair or anything in between.. this is the Wah for you!

The quality of this product seems extremely sturdy considering that I've only played it one time so far. I really liked the WAH TONALITY
Only used it once and so far so good. I'm hoping that it carries it weight for the long haul
Your general opinion of this product.
This piece of equipment is an ABSOLUTE MUST HAVE for me. Be warned that it doesnt come with an ACADAPTER which is a separate purchase for like 9 dollars. The WAH helps me kind of generate a solo guitar sound better than without its use.
The WAH plays great I REALLY LIKE THE ADDED SOUNDS THIS PROVIDES. Let go WAH WAH
This WAH is Bright and Snappy, Dark and Smooth but most importantly MINE....
PAINT job is a solid black. Chrome is where you input the guitar cords for your amp, power supply and input
Out of the Box I just had to put a 9V in her and she cranked right up WAHING ABOUT THIS AND THAT

Takes me back to old school daze.

I used to have an original Thomas Organ Co. Crybaby in the early '80s. It was given to me by a musical mentor who took interest in my ability. It was awesome. It also got liquidated with pretty much everything except the clothes on my back because of a divorce. I recently got back into music and I've looked high and low for a wah that came close.
When I first got my GCB-95F I was a little disappointed. When played with distortion it was wonderful! Unfortunately the pot was so scratchy that it was impossible to play clean. I squirted a little contact cleaner into the pot and that fixed that... for a little while. It became cumbersome to continually apply cleaner before each time I plugged it in. I got tired of stressing over whether she'll last the show, but as I said earlier, with distortion she was smoking hot! I replaced the pot with with a "Black Bear" 100K from Small Bear Electronics. That did it. No more "squish" or "scrape" when tying to play a low keyed, soulful progression. The only other comment I'd like to make is that the GCB-95F circuitry uses very sophisticated micro electronics. With the exception of the pot, inductor and a couple of capacitors there is very little that can be modified without some very specialized equipment.
Your general opinion of this product.
I love it. It has a deeper, throatier warmth than my original Thomas wah. It like the batter compartment. It sucks when your battery kicks the bucket and you have to change it behind a dark stage. No more losing feet!
The action is very smooth. There is very little resistance but still there is enough grip hold it's place when you use the wah for screaming tone control.
Before I fixed it it was disappointing as I said. But that pot that I replace made the difference. I think that it is sad that Dunlop pots are known for their noise.
True to it's predecessors, the current production of Crybay Wah Pedals are tough. The GCB-95F is mostly the generic wah externally and because I like things from yesteryear so the look of the chassis is just fine for me
Excellent. The sweep of the pot is superb. The switch gives you solid feedback. You'll know if you kicked it on or off.

Very well made. I'm hoping these are still made in America because I'd feel a little cheated if it wasn't.
Sturdy and certainly heavy-duty, my only concern is the battery hatch on the bottom. I personally didn't mind removing the feet and bottom plate on the old models, but if you gigged with you, you probably needed quick access. I use a Visual Sound One Spot adaptor and it powers my wah flawlessly.
Your general opinion of this product.
If I had to choose just one pedal to have, I hate to say this wouldn't be it. But every guitarist should have one of these if the budget allows it. It's one of the easiest pedals to use, it's not outrageously over-priced, and it can prop a door open. Almost essential.
No knobs, no LEDs, no extra switches: just press down and engage. Very easy to play with this one.
Wah. Trebly, throaty, and back to bassy. If you can't find a wah tone you're happy with, I can't tell you where else to look. I tried both the standard Crybaby and the Classic with the Fasel inductor. Yes, it does make a difference. Sure, you can buy a red cap and try to mod it yourself, or just have it stock from Dunlop if you're not up to the task.
While this was a scratch & dent, I couldn't find one mark on this thing. Am I complaining? The finish is indeed classic but any eventual scarring will just add character.
The treadle action was a little stiff, but that may be due to the silicone grease setting up a little. After a few days, you'll find a rhythm that works best when rocking back and forth with it.

Your general opinion of this product.
QUALITY:
Made like a tank will last untill you get another wah (you probaly wont want one after hearing this one though). Every bit roadworthy. Solid as a brick. It was made for the abuse!!
FEATURES:
It doesnt really have any extra features accept for the fasel which is outright awe-inspiring!!!
EASE OF USE:
Couldn't be more easier. Switch the tip for on, switch the tip for off (by-pass).
VALUE:
Best wah for the price theres not many good wah's cheaper and theres not many good wah's that are more expensive for that matter. Yes, positively the best wah pedal out there!!!
SOUND:
If you have ever heard slash's, you have heard this pedal. This is a great pedal it doesnt just take your tone from trebley to bassy it adds character and great vintage tone way better than original Ive tried them one after another, big difference. The original is good though if your low on money. Also, This thing has midrange
