Controls were very easy to get a grasp on, and the really change the tone of the amp (unlike some others I've played). Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? So, the Tweaker has six MAIN sounds (lets call them what they are: Fender Vintage, Fender Modern, Vox Vintage, Vox Modern, Marshall Vintage, Marshall Modern). Each sound also has a "clean" and "hot" setting, as well as some general EQ controls. Now I was skeptical that one (tube) amp could really sound like both a Fender and a Marshall. I was wrong though, it really does recreate both sounds accurately. It boggles the mind to be able to sit there and flip a switch to go from a Fender twang to a Marshall growl! Can't say enough good things about it, I'm very impressed. Finish How did the stain or paint job look? Tolex looks great, one small (and I mean really small, like had-to-break-out-the-magnifying-glass small) tear, but I bought it as a scratch and dent, so this was no surprise. I haven't had it long enough to determine how it'll stand up but the construction and parts are top notch so I don't see anything bad happening if taken care of. This amp currently sits in a foam-padded case, so I don't think this will be an issue. Reliability How has it stood up over time? Only had it for a month or so, but it's great so far.
