This is one well made speaker that has a nice, heavy magnet to it, which means that you're getting the best product for your buck ! Reliability How has it stood up over time? I've heard so much about these, that I had to take a chance and I'm glad that I did. With me, it's all about tone and these deliver it in spades baby ! Fender should make these mandatory for all of their smaller amps such as the Frontman 25R, etc. Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? I swapped out the stock speaker in my Vintage Fender Champion 30 combo for one of these and immediately, the difference in sound and both volume, was noticeable. My amp now sounds clearer with more emphasis on the mids and Treble. I had to lower the Bass a bit though. It definately increased the volume to the point where it now sounds not like a 30 watt combo, but more like a 50 watter at least !
