General Your general opinion of this product. The fit and finish on this guitar case is second to none. I would say that these cases are made for both Gibson AND Epiphone; Just stencilled differently for brand. And there is no shortage of quality here. It has the FEEL of a product that you KNOW you got what you paid for and WILL stand up to years of normal use. Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? I WOULD consider this product to be made well. VERRRRY WELL IN FACT. The only other thing I wish it had was a choice of optional interior colors. It's absolutely a perfect fit, with my ES-339...absolutely perfect. Plus, of course, it has a bit of storage under the headstock for your strap, and a storage box under the neck for extra strings, picks, tuner...WHATEVER. The fit and finish of the ENTIRE case is wonderful, and I'd recommend this case to ANYBODY who has a 339 that they want to care for. Playability and Feel How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing? It's not heavy at all, I was amazed that it was as light as it is. NO...NOT LIGHT AS A FEATHER, but no excess fat in to it. Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? Not really applicable, but the surface fo the exterior is smooth, almost feels like leather...but it's not, lol. Action How was the action out of the box? Straight out of the box the snap closures worked perfectly, and snapped, the way you WANT them to when opening and closing. Finish How did the stain or paint job look? FINISH IS BEAUTIFUL...YOU'LL BE PROUD TO BE SEEN WITH THIS CASE. Reliability How has it stood up over time? I'LL LET YOU KNOW WHEN I've had it a year or so.
