Terrific Buy
Quality:
Sound:
Sweet, ringing, balanced, musical, great overtones, and loud.
Reliability:
Very well. I expect to keep it and have it last many, many years.
Overall:
Truly fantastic guitar for the money and more. Did some heavy shop/comparing in and out of pricerange. By far the best.
Playability and Feel:
Light guitar, super comfy to play for extended periods. Neck smooth, quick, fairly thin neck. I can really move around on it easily.
Tone:
Bright, but not overly so. Rich mids, not boomy lows and clear but not piercing highs. Great balance. Open chords and split chords really shine.A little bit dry tone but expecting more warmth over time.
Finish:
Beautiful top, understated, elegant satin. Back and sides luscious brown, almost chocolatey.
Action:
Pretty good out of box, after setup to my specs, great. No neck adjustment needed until string change.

China Rocks
Quality:
The makers obviously paid attention to detail and knew what they were doing.
Sound:
Full and resonant in all ranges, particularly bass strings.
Reliability:
Only had it for a week.
Overall:
Nothing under $1000 comes close. Lacks the panache of more prestigious US made brands, but exceeds all in build and sound quality under $1K.
Playability and Feel:
It begs to be played, and aside from the slightly high action, it's very playable.
Tone:
Tried every guitar in the shop under $2K. Only a $1300 Martin came close. Balanced and full tone across the spectrum. Sounds great loud or soft.
Finish:
Satin finish is perfect and very classy.
Action:
Strings are a little high, made worse by the fact they're at least medium gauge and I'm used to light.
