Quality: First Rate. Top notch. I would say, realtively worth 3 times what epi charges for it. I hope they keep right on building them.
Sound: The only fault I can find with it are the emminence speakers which have some ice pick highs but thats personal taste. I replaced them. The only options out there if you want a TRULY "vintage" amp like the BC 30 are fender cunstom shop, and boutique.IMHO, and based on my own experience, The Boo-teek amps are modern sounding, feeling things in neat 50's drag. The Fenders are, well, fenders and posess the Fender sound and feel. This BC 30 feels and sounds much much more like a Gibson skylark or another old Gibson, or a late 40's RCA. It can be noisy but that goes with vintage all tube circuits. It has a raw but beautiful tone and that old power you can FEEL in your strings while you play. OD channel rocks like Bassman with a Power booster in front of it.The normal channel will provide very nice "blues clean" up to 10 oclock, then it gets dirty - but thats the way you like it or you wouldnt be looking at one of these right?
Reliability: Im ashamed to say i have'nt always treated mine well. One night playing in a bar and going between a couple different setups i left her running and not hooked up to a speaker load (yikes)...for maybe 15 minutes.. No problems at all ( dont do it yourself). Like I said, built to withstand a nuclear armageddon, 1950's fall-out-shelter style. It needs casters, really. Or it should ship with a pallet jack.
Overall: The Blues Custom 30 is the only production amp being made that is truly "vintage" in form and function. Its first rate quality, heavy as a lead suitcase, and built like a battleship.
Playability and Feel: Its not a "plexi" and it dosent feel kinda like a "mesa___" or a "fender_____" it really feels like your hooked up to a giant old RCA monoblock and directly from a telephone pole. You can feel the amp through your guitar strings.
Tone: Raw and bassy. full, chunky midrange. highs can be a bit shrill, re - tube with something you like and maybe consider a speaker change.
Finish: Looks like gary cooper in a tux to me.Very classy. Wicker basket grill, cool piping. very nice quality tolex. gibson/mesa smooth. i wish i had one of the navy blue ones they made the first year!
Action: the action is hot and heavy
Skill Level: Pro-Rock Star

Quality: seems very solid, well made. so-far so-good
Sound: Tone beast, my friends come over just to play it sometimes. I can really hear the tubes shinning through.
Reliability: Dont know yet...
Overall: First real amp I bought; very happy with the output from my epi casino into this. Very solid feeling. Simple controls, not too tweakable but pretty versitile.
Playability and Feel: nice feel
Tone: Warm friendly and maybe a tad bass heavy with interactive EQ on.
Finish: Nice finish and feel, nicer than comparatively price voxs and fenders
Action: Action packed
Skill Level: Intermediate
