best guitar ive played
Quality:
this guitar feels pretty durable.
Sound:
the tone is good, i havnt played it through my stack yet but i played through a practice amp and even through that it sounded good.
Reliability:
ive only had it for about a week so i couldnt tell you how it is over time
Overall:
this is the 3rd guitar ive bought brand new and its the only one that didnt come with a cosmetic deffect ha. i got an epiphone sg about 5 years ago that had a burn mark on it? nd it was factory sealed but i didnt care cuz it was my first guitar, i bought a squier standard telecaster about 3 months ago, its good but it has a stain on the pickguard, also factory sealed. but this korina explorer i sperfect, no deffects, all it needed out of the box was tuned, stays in tune very well andlooks beautiful, i will say the color is darker than what is in th epic, but dont get down because it really is a beautiful guitar.
Playability and Feel:
i love the neck, its a little bigger than what im used to but its awesome, i love the body size , ive always been a big fan of this guitar. the knobs are easy to get too.
Tone:
i really wouldnt know how to explain, kinda smooth i guess.
Finish:
finish like i said was a bit darker but im completely happy with it.
Action:
i didnt have to set the action or anything just tune and play
Skill Level:
Intermediate

EPI-Explorer par Excellence!!
Quality:
i would like to be able to pick this thing apart...but i truly can't so far. It seems real solid The only thing long-term that i foresee failing me would possibly be between the pickups and the input jack. And i only say that because my lead player bought an Epi-SG and the volume pot went out on it I may upgrade the electrics before they have a chance to go...but at $500...that is affordably done
Sound:
Tone is SO sweet. I originally planned on installing a pair of Pearly Gates hummer...but i think i'll just let it be for a while. The tone is amazingly nice. I play a lot of BFGibbons type blues and the tone is WARM and tight.
Reliability:
only had it about a month...but it seems rugged enough...time will tell on that
Overall:
The one i received is SWEET!!! Nothing negative at all. Plays and sounds great right out of the box. Nice action right out of the box. Bo tuning problems. Sounds GREAT...the humbuckers ROCK. TThe finish is gorgeous. I built a Tele recently and had some one ply white pearl pickguard material and covered the plain white pickguard with the pearl and truly made it mine...I LOVE IT!!
Playability and Feel:
Not heavy...i was looking for a light stage axe...and this fits the bill perfrctly. Neck is straight and plays fast. Controls are simple and easy to get at.
Tone:
nice, warm tone...very comparable to a Gibson. Sweet sustain.
Finish:
it's beautiful...no kidding.
Action:
sweet...didn't need a thing but tuned and played.

Intermediate
