I know from experience that this is a well made guitar. No shortcuts, no cheap materials
Sound:
The sound & tone is awesome. 3 humbusckers with individual controls make this one of the most variable guitars I've ever used to get an infinity of sounds!
Reliability:
It is solid, straight & stays IN TUNE! Grover machine heads & solid body design make the G400CST incredibly reliable!
Overall:
Beautiful looks, awesome tone & sound, one of the best Epiphone has to offer!
Playability and Feel:
The G400CST covers all areas of playability & sound. You can adjust the 3 Humbuckers to sound like Metallica, Sabbath, Tom Petty, AC/DC or Chuck Berry!
Tone:
Bright and snappy, dark and smooth, dark and snappy, bright and smooth... it's all of those and more.
Finish:
I love the antique Ivory finish. It reminded me of the Black Sabbath Iron Man video from back in the early 70s! LOVE IT!
Action:
The action never needed to be adjusted from the box. Enclosed with the GT400CST was a sign off sheet indicating it was strung, tuned & set. Intonation & action were perfect, and still remain so.

excellent playability
Reliability:
just got it a week ago but feels better tnan my 62 and 71 gibson standards and much better than my 2009 epi g400
Overall:
difficult to find different sounds and tones, but does a good job
Playability and Feel:
good neck, action a little heavy
Tone:
difficult to say yet, as it is hard to tell which knob does whar, and does'nt come with any wiring diagram, so you just have to guess, but once you figure it out, it is excellent.
Action:
very good, but a little high for me

For those of you that are wondering should you buy this guitar, stop wondering and do it! You won't be disappointed with the quality.
Sound:
Whatever you want from mellow to hot, this axe does it all.
Reliability:
Just got it so I can't say yet,however, very well made for durability
Overall:
This guitar is smokin as well as beautiful
Playability and Feel:
Very comfortable weight, clean neck and controls are right where you can get at them.
Tone:
Tone? You can turn up the heat or you can mellow it out. Whatever your pick feel like picking, Epi can do it.
Finish:
Finish looks great, more like a butter color, but still beautiful.
Action:
Very low action right straight out of the box, just like I like it.

Big, Fat, Full, And Round, Everything you need in an all-around guitar.

It still looks the same as the day I got it,

Its amazing it knocks my socks off
Playability and Feel:
The neck is thicker and heavier than my other guitars but nice and straight. The controls are prretty easy to reach.
Tone:
The tone is fat and smooth. The pickups can be mellow or hot if you want them to be.
Finish:
It looks amazing. I get many compliments on it.
Action:
Can't really answer, bought from a music store with a pro setup.

So far I'm happy.

Beast! As good as the Gibson.
Reliability:
I literally just got it but I have no complaints from my other Epi.
Overall:
Just got it but I'm excited and can't wait to get it on stage.
Playability and Feel:
Not as heavy as others made it out to be. Not as heavy as my LP Special.
Tone:
Bright brights and dark lows. Can be crunchy or light. The 3 pickups great.
Finish:
My only problem or criticism. It almost looks yellow in some light. More of a banana pudding color. Definitely not a subtle ivory like shown in this picture. Still a great looking guitar.
Action:
Not bad out of the box. I will lower a little for my taste but all in all great.

The quality is probably the best out of all of my previous guitars!!!
Sound:
Excellent on picking up sound and a loud tone.

I've had this guitar for a year now and I keep on thinking its new!!!
Overall:
Good look with an excellent sound. If you get it you will have no regrets. It can play anything from country to metal and in all tunings!!!
Playability and Feel:
The neck is a little thick but you can play the lower fret better since its raised away from the body!!!
Tone:
This guitar has many different tones and the sound changes for the better when you play!!!
Finish:
Now I customed the paint job and look a little bit but those were to my personal settings. Idk its up to you.

very well made the neck material is awesome it's still overall a light guitar stays in tune for days

its tone is great it has sustain that last longer than my freinds prs this guitar has amazing tone it is really made for all diferent types of music

i've only had it for 2 months but so far its still as great as the day i bought it

I love this guitar the colors unique it has 3 humbuckers everything about it is great i picked this guitar over a mim strat because this is so unique. buy this guitar

it is very neck heavy thats the only down side. thats why i gave the playability a 4 instead of 5 so its not that fast. but its still fast enough for me

the pickups are very hot and this guitar is a more metal guitar but once again its great for anything
Finish:
just look at it it's a beatiful guitar all the chicks love it

the action out of the box i could not say because i bought it from a local music store and they set it up very nice for me
