How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing? The G400CST covers all areas of playability & sound. You can adjust the 3 Humbuckers to sound like Metallica, Sabbath, Tom Petty, AC/DC or Chuck Berry! Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? Bright and snappy, dark and smooth, dark and snappy, bright and smooth... it's all of those and more. Finish How did the stain or paint job look? I love the antique Ivory finish. It reminded me of the Black Sabbath Iron Man video from back in the early 70s! LOVE IT! Action How was the action out of the box? The action never needed to be adjusted from the box. Enclosed with the GT400CST was a sign off sheet indicating it was strung, tuned & set. Intonation & action were perfect, and still remain so.

You can turn up the heat or you can mellow it out. Whatever your pick feel like picking, Epi can do it. Finish How did the stain or paint job look? Finish looks great, more like a butter color, but still beautiful. Action How was the action out of the box? Very low action right straight out of the box, just like I like it.
