Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? I cannot answer this question yet. Hopefully I will be able to in 10 years or so. Reliability How has it stood up over time? Just got it a few days ago but it seems solid and well made. Overall Your general opinion of this product. I really like the guitar. One of the tone knobs was chipped when I received it and the screw cover was missing but, it is a solid piece overall Playability and Feel How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing? I prefer a guitar that sits in my lap better but, it is a solid, heavy guitar. I really enjoy playing it due to the ease with which my hand moves along the neck. I also like a wider neck. The control positions are true time-tested Les Paul and I would never dare to suggest that they be moved. Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? This question is redundant and so i will not answer it. Finish How did the stain or paint job look? The cherry sunburst was a little too much "cherry" and not enough "sunburst". My choices were pretty limited given that I'm a leftie. A few more colors would be nice. (hint to Epiphone) Action How was the action out of the box? Good, not great. I prefer it a little higher than it is but I will have it set up to my liking soon.
