Great Deal, Great Product!
Quality:
I think it was made very well. It was above my expectations.
Sound:
I love the sound of it. I can even screw around with the equalizer to make it sound like an electric!
Reliability:
I've only had it for about a week, so I can't say much.
Overall:
Everything you need for your first acoustic/electric guitar! Great Price!
Playability and Feel:
Not too light, not too heavy. Easy to play sitting down, and the strap is comfortable.
Tone:
Without the amp, I think it has a perfect balance of Brightness and Smoothness.
Finish:
It looked great. I loved the stain job on it. It was a good lookin' guitar.
Action:
It was a bit out of tune, but I tuned it up and it worked great!

Epiphone PR4E Pac
Quality:
Good overall quality but lacking in fret sanding on the binding area. Rough for a beginner..OK for a sesoned player but anoying.
Reliability:
Epiphone is a relaible guitar. Take it from me....good sound & longevity for the $$
Overall:
With all the package offers...you can't go wrong.
Playability and Feel:
Plays like a medium priced axe for a basement price
Tone:
Tone is solid...strings are good for set-up but upgrade them asap for better overall sound.
Finish:
Good finish... Don't pay attention to the pic of the guitar with a white back... it's natural !!
Action:
Good action out of the box if you upgrade strings to Elixers
