I am using this primarily for an acoustic electric guitar and it has been perfect for my needs. I needed one that is durable and not wonky and the metal is solid and it has a great sound. I am playing mostly country style music with it and it provides that easy slide I needed to get that country steel guitar vibe. I love it. Ernie Ball never makes me mad they just get us as music lovers.

This slide was really quite small and would not fit my pinky. Ernie Ball makes great stuff, but the slide was a no go for me. This is for sinewy pinkies only.
