Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? Yes, the product was well. Features What do you consider to be the best features of this product? What features would you add to this product if you could? The sound and the action Sound How is its Tone? It is very easy to to get the sound you are looking for. Playability and Feel How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing? Once you get use to it, it's pretty fast. The neck is smaller than most 6 strings. the control are very good Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? This bass can actually compete with some of the more expensive basses. I've been playing for about 20 years and have tried several much more expensive bass guitars. For the money you can't go wrong. Finish How did the stain or paint job look? The finish was pretty good for the most part. There were a few minor blemishes. Action How was the action out of the box? The action out of the box was great. I did not have to adjust anything.

Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? Very well made, solid, feels like a bass worth 3 times what I paid. Features What do you consider to be the best features of this product? What features would you add to this product if you could? The neck radius is just right. The ESP pickups produce a great sound. Sound How is its Tone? The tone is amazing. I play through a Behringer BX4410 and can get any tone I want Playability and Feel How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing? I was suprised at the weight, not too heavy. The back of the neck is a bit sticky, but that easily solve with 0000 steel wool. The volume and EQ controls are very smooth and very responsive. Very slight movement from center produces desired changes. Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? This is a versitle bass. Should work for all playing styles depending on AMP setup. I would say out of box great for Jazz, Funk, R&B, Rock and Country. For metal, maybe a string change. Finish How did the stain or paint job look? Not anythhing fancy,but very well done. Care was taken in the building process and it shows. Action How was the action out of the box? Very nice action my hands instantly adapted. The strings are sligthly closer together than my 5 string,but after a few scales your hands adapt.
