How dependable? everything is great boxed awesome and out of the box is in great playabilaty. the only negative thing i have to say is the G string drops tune some times but thats miner sence it is the only one that happens with Reliability How has it stood up over time? i have had it for 4 months and i have no chips no cracks and i throw this thing around when i play General Your general opinion of this product. Are the controls easy to get to while playing? neck is smooth and fast fretts are perfectly placed feels right and there is a very very small neck dive in comparasion to other guitars of the same shape Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? the emg's are emg's. so thats more preferance Finish How did the stain or paint job look? the spalted look on my FX was awesome sets me apart from every black guitar out there. everyone compliments me when i play it Action How was the action out of the box? out of the box it was near perfect a slight minor adjustment was all that was needed

I was really suprised with this part,I know its not the top of line explorer, but as an owner of bc rich nj series,esp truckster, the is the best quality guitar I have ever owned Reliability How has it stood up over time? had for 2 weeks so far play everyday not 1 out of tune not so far General Your general opinion of this product. The first thing unboxing this guitar is the quality put into it. I got the olympic white,it has pewter hardware,the back of the neck is the same as the body for smooth movements.lightweight comfortable on lap,or strapped up standing. Are the controls easy to get to while playing? lightweight,fast, easy to crunch, or leads is a breeze, neck is very easy to go from 1st fret to 22nd ,volume,tone,toggle switch not in the way at all while playing Tone Bright and snappy? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? bright,deep, very very smooth.for playing Metallica songs excellent choice, even blues type scales sounds great Finish How did the stain or paint job look? olympic white is beautiful, picture does not do it justice, its not a bright white, more like a creamy white looks fantastic with pewter hardware Action How was the action out of the box? set perfect, strings are really set right distance from neck,extemely comfortable to press for notes or chords
