How dependable? i think it is well made.it seems like a well built machine Features What do you consider to be the best features of this product? What features would you add to this product if you could? it is really easy to use.it's pretty fast also.i copied 3 80 minute cds in 3 minutes. Ease of Use How easy is this product to use? How playable do you consider this product to be? very easy Sound How is its Tone? sounds mean,evil, and vindictive 'cause i make it sound that way. i suppose you could make it sound fluffy and grovy,or hippin' and hoppin' or whatever else strikes you.not me though.metal rules. Reliability How has it stood up over time? so far so good.plus it came with a fat warranty Overall Your general opinion of this product. i bought this 'cause a cd replication copany didn't want to make cds for me 'cause they said my lyrics were may be to dark for their tastes.now i don't have to depend on no one for nothing.all i need is a good cd printer and i've got my own duplication servce.my rules.my way.look out world,i'm about to assult you with my thrashmetal.

N/A Reliability How has it stood up over time? YET TO BE SEEN Overall Your general opinion of this product. There should be a note on the EZ Dupe products' pages that indicates that all duplicators are built to order, and IT TAKES 3 DAYS TO BUILD A UNIT. It took a week for my 1-to-3 duplicator to come, and the UPS tracking number didn't help because it became available to me on the 6th day(and was never in the system).But I'm happy with the product.
