Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? Workmanship seems to be flawless. No paint flaws, tight neck pocket, no stripped screws, no loose tuners, etc. Guitar is well assembled. Reliability How has it stood up over time? New but don't expect any issues General Your general opinion of this product. Good value in an American made instrument. Playability and Feel How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing? After setup I can get 3/64th action @ 17 and still have a nice clean chime. Smallish neck but it's fairly fast. Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? 50's pups are a bit darker/fatter to my ears. Rosewood fretboard may lend to that. Splitting the HB still gives a nice quack in position 4. Full HB still has a bit of quack. Finish How did the stain or paint job look? Excellent Action How was the action out of the box? Out of the box, not so good. Guitar had a very general setup.
