Product Rating Product Review Looks like the other reviewers had better luck than me. From forum posts elsewhere, I have discovered that my issues with this model are not unique. One common problem seems to be one or more pickups completely cutting off. The electronics are not very good in these. The volume pot on mine has a very small and abrupt taper. Full volume, ok. Turning it down even an 1/8 of a turn and it drops dramatically, another 1/8 of a turn and it is silent. Not scratchy though. The bridge pickup on mine is not working now. The problem there too lies with the sub par electronics. As fiddling with the switch will sometimes cause it to start working. Having said that, I was prepared for that issue if it arose. One thing I did not like is the very sharp fret ends. Again, something that can easily be fixed. This is is the second MIM Fender I have bought in the last couple of years. I am through. I would expect the same quality or better than Squiers. Until I can afford an MIA, I will be glad to buy Squiers. I have bought 7 Squiers in the last 5 years. 4 Strats--2 Classic Vibes and 2 VM's 3 Teles--CVC, Thinline, 2019 CV Deluxe Compared to every one of those, this thing is like the proverbial "cheese grater". In addition, I had no other problems with them. Excellent guitars. If the Squier Duo Sonic were still produced, I would have bought it. I have solved both problems on mine already. Easier than the hassle of returning it. No low or high frets, didn't want to risk getting a replacement with other issues. I really like the guitar I have now. I just don't like the one that arrived. I do like the short scale though.

Product Review I purchased an arctic white Duo-Sonic recently and I have to say it is one great guitar. Extremely versatile. I have been using it for studio work and from the results I have gotten from it, it will be my main electric. I run flatwound 13's on it and it is just perfect for both slide and regular playing. The tone is fat, yet can cut through the mix with ease. Definitely considering purchasing a second Duo-Sonic soon.

Product Review I got tired of capping off at around $205 for a guitar. Fender makes some decent squire series models for that price point but basically to me they were starter guitars. The more I grow as a musician the more of the need for an axe to match. Couldn't have asked for anything better.Has the well spaced frets of your fave faithful acoustic guitar, laying around at home. And yet miraculously the spacing is perfection so that you don't feel like some kind of hand contortionist, stretching painfully for the right chord or note. Oh and the sound! There is a definite difference between a $200 & $500 Fender, plays and sounds divine. The two-toned colors perfection. I got the Capri Orange. Reminds me of the Orange and Vanilla cream popsicles we ate as kids. I named my axe Ms.C.C. Stands for Ms. Cream-Cickle, and more tasty!Major digest for this guitar.

Product Review This is too cool and awesome. Will blow you away. The vibe is hip and makes the scene. Rocks and rolls with the groove. Can't put down. The jive goes into the night.

Product Review Fender combines a super fast maple neck with a shorter scale to create a speed players delight. The dynamics in this axe are amazing....from soft to loud with just a simple flick of the pick. The pickups have plenty of output and can easily create soaring leads that will amaze your band mates. The body is super comfortable and your picking hand position is right of the bridge for super easy palm mutes. Very comfortable and light with a quality build complete the package. This guitar is probably the most fun to play in my large collection of guitars. Highly recommend this guitar to everyone
