Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable?
The only issue I had with mine was the fret work. 10 years later, wear & tear and dressing the frets and it seems like such a small thing to have ever worried about

Its a standard p bass, I wouldn't take away or add, upgrade yes, I did along the way. You either like the sound and feel or you don't.

I take this bass with me everywhere. I've used it on every recording, it's like a best friend

Classic bass tone, not too muddy and not to 'jaco'

My paint looks awesome after 10+ years, arctic white is starting to yellow a bit, no cracks or wharping

Not Much to add, always wanted a Precision to go along with my "68 Jazz Bass.

Awesome tone and adjustability. Picksups are really nice and hotter than the older Fenders.
Finish

Smooth and flawless. The white really stands out with the rosewood fretboard in contrast.

Very thick and percussive thump, plenty of lows, good warm tone from the pickups.

The stock PU's seem a little hotter than the previous production years. Fretwork is allot smoother than previous 5 years. The tinted maple neck is very nice.

Great basic passive tone. Nothing fancy here folks. Just a solid P Bass-workhorse-sound.
