With 20+ years of bass playing, I have become very picky when it comes to my setup and tones. Personally, I have never bought a bass that was so expertly setup from the factory. Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? The tone is incredible! I play through an Ampeg SVT-VR stack, or Ampeg SVT-3 Pro and Ampeg 410. Either way, the tone of this bass is magnificent! Finish How did the stain or paint job look? Well polished, with no imperfection. Quite impressive actually.
