Just got it as a guitar to take on trios, no idea how it will stand the test of time. General Your general opinion of this product. You get what you pay for. For $119 this is a very nice buy, but, the tuning machines are total garbage, out of the box the action is slightly high, not unplayable, but high. The frets are all sharp on teh ends. Feeels okay, but when I played one of my otehr guitars immediately afterwards I saw a big difference. Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? not bright but not thin either kind of muddy actually, but the humbucker sounds good. Finish How did the stain or paint job look? perfect, I have to say. Action How was the action out of the box? not good. NOt terrible but definitely needs to be set up.

The guitar feels very nice and sturdy, I've played other cheap guitars and this one to me feels the most real and well made. It has a nice weight to it. Reliability How has it stood up over time? I've had it for about a month now playing everyday, to my surprise the tuners stay in tune very well, although I rarely tremolo. General Your general opinion of this product. Like I said above, the guitar has a nice variety of tones, the single coils produce nice classical strat tones, and with the humbucker you get lots of more modern tones as well Finish How did the stain or paint job look? I got mine in Arctic White, but it's more of a creamy egg noggish color, which I love. The paint looks very good, not a scratch on it.
