Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? the basswood body finished in white is flawless, you can see some of the grain ever so slightly. the finish around the pick ups is well cut and fitted all the joints and details are well done. the neck has a beautiful light amber finished not too over done feels great and plays fast. the tuners are adequate, i wish the edges where a little bit more rounded. feels very solid. no dead notes on this neck. Features What do you consider to be the best features of this product? What features would you add to this product if you could? the best features are the neck and bridge pickup great combination the tones are endless. i would have counter sunk where the plug is instead of finishing it flat it ruins the beautiful bottom curve. General Your general opinion of this product. this is one fantastic bass that can rival any competitor in price aesthetics and play ability. great timeless and proven design. Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? you can dial any tone with this bass. one of the highlights. Finish How did the stain or paint job look? the finish is superb!

Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? It is made very well. It is extremely dependable. I gig it all over the place. It never fails. Stays in tune, it's top notch, and it's a Squier! Features What do you consider to be the best features of this product? What features would you add to this product if you could? The ability to adjust and mix the pickups and tones. I would add a thumb rest. General Your general opinion of this product. I had to have this as soon as it came out. I have a Fender Jazz, in fact I have several different basses, but because of a shoulder injury, the shorter scale is really an arm saver. It is well made. You'll have to tighten the jack input nut, just like any other Squier, and I had to put an anchor into the bout to make sure the screw didn't come loose for the strap lock. Minor stuff. Highly recommend. Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? The pickups are anything you want them to be. Very responsive, and tone kings. Finish How did the stain or paint job look? Looks good.
