Reliability How has it stood up over time? The neck seems to be very strong, it took 35 min to tune it the first time, then it stays in tune. General Your general opinion of this product. After playing it I always feel happy, it makes me smile. Playability and Feel How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing? The guitar has some weight, feels very solid and durable. Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? The tone is unique and sounds good. I'm used to nylon and electric. This is my first steel string acoustic. Finish How did the stain or paint job look? For a few days I thought there was a fine hair line scratch on the front, but after a firm buff it disappeared. The surface has mirror like finish with etched landscape design front and back. The edges of the frets could be smoother, they seem to have an edge. Action How was the action out of the box? It's an easy guitar to pick up and play. I'm doing lessons for classical and electric, and this took just a few minutes to get used too.
