Quality:	It's well made. If you take care of it, it should last a while.
Reliability:	First one. Don't know how long it will last.
Overall:	I have an "L" shaped computer station and use one section as a work area. The pad comes in and out of the storage tube easily. The workstation fits perfectly on my computer station. ...$15.00 would have been the perfect price and even that's a lot of money for foam and plastic -- pennies to make this thing. But, it works for its purpose and nobody else makes one that I know of that's better than this one.
Playability and Feel:	It feels nice and plays nice...it doesn't talk back either. It just sits there and does its damned job like it is supposed to.
Tone:	It makes a nice rubbery sound when you rub it on my computer station.
Finish:	Nice Fender logo, but I don't own any Fenders.
Action:	Perfect. It laid flat on the station after a bit. The neck holder is the perfect height...ha.

Overall:	Do not waste your $$$ on this. Mat is all of 1/4" thick. Cheap foam padding. This item should sell for about $5.95
