I've only had it for a short while, but I don't see why it wouldn't last if you take care of it. Plus, it comes with a 5-year warranty.
Reliability
How has it stood up over time?
Too soon to tell, but it's been great thus far.

I'm generally not a huge fan of digital modeling amps, but I decided to give this one a try after being THOROUGHLY disappointed with the Pignose Hog 20. I am so glad I decided to try this amp. For what it is, it is just amazing. It's compact, powerful and very versatile - especially with the ability to link to Fender's FUSE software via your computer.

The Fender Princeton and '65 Twin models give you nice cleans, while the 70's and 80's "British" models give you Classic Rock Crunch. For a more saturated, yet singing tone, switch to the basic "SuperSonic" model and use the volume control on your guitar to work the mellow to wild texture. It's a fantastic deal for the price. I may have to take another look at the Mustang II or III amps for gigs.
Finish
How did the stain or paint job look?
It's a sharp looking little box. No visible flaws in the tolex or grille. The handle, which doubles as a kickback prop, seems a little cheap and clunky, but that's a very minor thing.
