General What is your overall opinion of this product? I have plenty of vintage Fender amps and boutique Tweed and Marshall clones, but there is just something about this amp that I love. I have this thing for 15" speakers and I'm not sure why. I like the way the amp looks and it sounds great. It is only 13 watts, but it gets loud, especially with the more efficient Eminence Legend in the Pro version. I got the Blush. The cabinet cover seems a little thicker than the original brown version, but on both versions the covering seams are not that clean. I have an original and this Pro version. The two things I do not like about the amp though. 1) The bright/dark switch which I find too bright and too dark. I have replaced the switch with a tone pot so I can get variable options instead of just the two. 2) The cabinet is incredibly heavy. I realize to make the amp cheap it must be made of MDF, but once an efficient speaker is installed, like the Eminence Legend speaker in the Pro, it becomes stupid heavy. The heaviness takes away from the feeling of a grab and go amp.

What is your overall opinion of this product? Love the big tone of the 15 inch speaker...wish it had reverb instead of tremlo but it is a small point as pedals supply plenty...Mine is the light tan model which looks much nicer in person than online...It is very heavy for it's size yet it will be my gig amp now..sounds a lot like a Fender Twin minus the reverb...got mine on sale so I'm really happy with this amp

What is your overall opinion of this product? As stock, this amp is either too bright or too dark. The switch will never get you to a happy medium. The toilet isn't durable. Every little bump and scrape will result in marking. My bottom corners have even been rubbed clear through the material after just 4 months of loading and unloading into my trunk. The wicker makes it difficult to sight-aim mics even with, "the flashlight trick". And the stock tunes don't have a pleasant "breakup" sound to me. With the negatives out of the way, this amp has an awesome, vintage vibe! There is a ton of headroom for everything but a loud stage. With an easy mod, you can swap the dark/bright switch for a tone knob (go google) and for another 90, you can swap out the speaker with the world's smallest magnet for something else (if you want). Both of these mods will still bring you in under what a comparable amp will run. So scuff it up, change out parts and tube, and turn it up.

Your general opinion of this product. This is a great amp. I needed something that primarily is used in the house so I had to be able to keep the volume low without losing the voicing. It holds it's own in small venues and miked it can be used in clubs. I got the 'surf green' one and am very happy with the look, quality of the cabinet etc. I imagine at some point I'll mess with the tubes but that will probably be after the speaker loosens up.
