Best Pound For Pound Amp For The Price
Quality:
Well made and dependable. Classic Fender quality at a fraction of the cost.
Sound:
This amp is surprisingly clear at high volumes. It's very loud. I used it for the first time at a gig in the New York area and I was asked to turn down the amp by the sound man because it was too loud. My bassist was using a GK 4x10 w/ a Hartke 1000W bass head, the drummer and old Ludwig with a 26" kick, and I cut through them easily. The modulations are great, my favorite amp setting are Acoustic and Metal. THE GREAT part is, that every modeled amp has certain knobs (gain, etc.) either tweaked or removed from the circuit to accurately recreate the display of the original modeled amp. Very good piece of equipment.
Reliability:
I've had it over a month, and so far so good.
Overall:
This product is very unique. It's gonna be one of those pieces people are gonna be looking for for decades to come. Basically, it's a cloned channel solid state amp simulator with built in effects. I build patches for software myself (TH1 by Overloud) and I must say Fender did a good job recreating it's many different amp types. For the price, a must have.
Playability and Feel:
It has so many great nuances. Loud and clear. It can fool anyone into thinking it's a way pricier amp. I've seen some of the complaints on the distortion, but I don't agree. If you know how to work a preamp and the frequencies well, then you'l have great tone. If you need a higher gain lead, just get a clean gain booster and that's that.
Tone:
Can emulate many amp types. Sharp, loud, clear, dark, muddy, crunchy.
Finish:
Plain black. Looks nice.
Action:
Plays right out of the box, easy to set up and get a tone you want.

Playability and Feel:
the amp feels great but it is much heavier than previous amp. But the quality of the sound is worth it
Tone:
Tones are great. In whatever aspect I need them. whether it bright, snappy,or just raw it give me exactly what i need.
Finish:

Quality:
Other than the knobs, I likey.
Sound:
It sounds great the clean channel is awesome and i like the amp models but the metal setting kind of sucks, i recomend using a distortion pedal. If you are looking for a loud practice amp this is it.
Reliability:
I don't know yet. I have only had it for a couple of weeks.
Overall:
Its a Fender. I bought this amp for the dsp effects and it didn't let me down.
Playability and Feel:
The knobs feel a little cheap like if you bumped it on something they might fall off.
Tone:
All the tones I need I can dial in.
Finish:
I like the Frontman Blackface look better but this will do just fine. I mean the looks have nothing to do with the sound.

Super for the money
Quality:
Like I said, it's a Fender! It's very dependable.
Sound:
Great sound. Considering it is not a tube amp it performs very well in simulating other amps. Great on Blackface, Tweed & Acoustic amp. Effects, reverbs & echos are all good although I use a Zoom 2 to get most of the sounds I need.
Reliability:
Have had it only 3 months but has performed great while gigging. It's a Fender, I expect it to!
Overall:
Great effects and amp modeling. Considering it is not a tube amp it performs very well in simulating all kinds of amps.
Playability and Feel:
Doesn't apply

Great sound at a working mans price
Quality:
Fender quality, from the tolex to the metal corners this amp is built
Reliability:
Had it a month but own lesser fender amps that have held up over time
Overall:
I've played through quite a few amps before I purchased the Fender 212 DSP. Was looking for a studio to stage amp that I can play Bad Company and Grand Funk to Eagles and Sheryl Crowe. This amp can cover a wide range and still preform. The only thing I found was you have to take time to dial in and find the desired sound. I use the foot switch to keep 2 channels ready, Tweed 1 and British 2, and use the EQ and Gain to get to the sound Im reaching for. Some of the channels are a bit muddy but with adjusting the EQ that can be changed quickly . Currently I use about 5 channels with easy adjustments now that I am comfortable with how its laid out
Playability and Feel:
N/A
Tone:
Pretty much any thing you want except Heavy metal . My son plays the heavier stuff and likes the Vox AD100VT and Line 6 Spider, but for my style of music this amp is perfect
Finish:
Finish if very good
