Great Value Very Nice Guitar
Quality:
Made very well- dependability cannot honestly say because only had this a few weeks but solid
Sound:
Tone is great! P-90s have a nice bite while overdriven-- not the best with a clean tone but I usually play mostly with overdrive tone
Reliability:
Too new to give a truthful report
Overall:
Very pleased with this guitar-- much better quality than I expected
Playability and Feel:
Feels great- slightly heavy feel but comfy- neck for a cheaper axe is great with a solid but smooth action
Tone:
Bright tone-- nice- I like it a lot--pickups have a super overdrive tone-thick when you need it to be--thin when pulled back
Finish:
Paint looked very nice and the guitar had a very nice look overall-- only problem was the tone and volume knobs were decidedly different- tone knobs looked new-volume knobs looked worn- no big deal but noticeable
Action:
Nice action out of box-- a real surprise

Fabulous Action/Tone
Quality:
It's made like a brick, as stated earlier. The beautiful lettering on the headstock is nicely done "Custom" Telecaster. It feels like a solid, solid instrument.
Sound:
The tone through a 4x10 and a 2x12, especially, with tube drive only, was simply as pure and easy to obtain as breathing. I could not put the thing down. The heavy weight of the Agathis wood against the apparent power of the P90s, both on crunch and clean, surprisingly, puts me in another creative world. Normally, the bridge pickup on a Tele is so bright on the highs, that compensation on EQ is warranted, before blasting off. Not on these P90s. The back pickup screams without ripping into registers that guitars do not belong. The tone is pure bliss.
Reliability:
I feel rock in my hands. This type wood is a throwback to the weight of Ash Teles and 70s Les Pauls, which leads me to believe it is a musical tank.
Overall:
Simply surprised. I expected this ax to be like other quality Indonesian Squiers. Good basic product, with some tweaking. But it's the bomb. A heavy LP-like feel on the body, and pickups that are a total knock out surprise. Screaming when I want it, juicy and Tele-like when I want that. But there is a crazy nuts combo of the two. Of 20 guitars, this is my go-to ...
Playability and Feel:
I play 20 to 35 percent faster (not that speed is everything, but I CAN play fast when the music and feel call for it) on this guitar than on most. The neck is a tad wider than on another Squier Tele (butterscotch deal) that I have, which is also very fast. I have many archtops, Schecters, Douglas, DiAngelico, Epis, and the speed on this one is unparallelled. I'm telling you, this is a shockingly good quality guitar, rivals American and Jap teles and strats...I've owned and played...
Tone:
See above same question on Tone. It's a tone monster, with beautiful bluesy and jazzy tones clean, and screaming out through the OD section of a tube amp.
Finish:
The blonde finish is nice. I'd like to see another color or two, or transparent clear finish, as well. I don't like red or black teles but some other colors to complement the blonde/yellow, would be nice. I do like this a lot, though.
Action:
OK. Japanese Fenders from the 80s have a reputation today for being some of the best guitars ever made. Folks, Indonesian guitars made today will have that same reputation in 20 years from now. Thus I own a dozen of them and this is one of them. The action is incredible. I normally do a truss rod adjustment, that's to be expected from the factory. But I don't remember having to do one on this guitar. What a shocking surprise this instrument has been.

Quality:
The quality is pretty good. It was crafted in Indonesia and my only complaint the knobs seem kind of cheap and the wiring seems kind of iffy, but ive had no problems yet.
Sound:
The tone is great, the duncan design P90s do a great job. If you dont know what P90s sound like there sort of like PAF humbucker and a single coil had a baby and it rocked. I use this to play alot of 'classic' rock and its excellent. Anything from Beatles, to Stones, to Sabbath, Priest, Motorhead, Halen, it can do.
Reliability:
Ive had this particular model for a year now and no problems. I change the strings once a month (they get played alot) i adjust the truss rod a few times a year (like any guitar) and it works great.
Overall:
This is an excellent guitar for someone starting out or looking for a different tone. I purchased this as a cheap non-locking trem guitar. The fact is has P90s is icing on the cake
Playability and Feel:
Its a little on the heavy side (no Les Paul heavy but not as light as my Ibanez or Jacksons). The neck is pretty comfortable, its not a thin flat neck (which is what im used to) its sort of a U shape neck, its great for blues and rock. I cant really shred on it (but who would by this to shred?)
Tone:
The pickups are medium output, id compare them to a PAF. They do a great Sabbath in the middle position (Tony Iommi's origianl SG used P90s so i guess itd make sense). They can do a pretty good 'brown' sound and they clean up great. Beautiful chimey (a lil dark) cleans.
Finish:
It looked good, i got the yellow version. No cracks or chips in it, the paint by the heel where the neck meets the body did eventually crack a bit. It was just the paint not the wood, and its probably from some heavy string bending so in all honesty most likely my fault. But it doesnt effect the guitar.
Action:
The action was a tad high for my liking (this is primarily a blues, alternate tuning guitar for me) but it came with the tools and in 10 minutes it was perfect, not to high and not to low.

Sound:
Unbelievable tone!! You can go from a Tele twang to a Gibson growl with the flick of the switch!
Reliability:
Still plays and looks like new!
Overall:
Bought one about 3 years ago and I'm still in love with it!! I have 7 other guitars, and a recording studio, and for recordings I always end up using my Tele.
Playability and Feel:
The guitar is slightly heavy (which I like)....feels very solid...not cheap! The neck is the fastest of any of them. Controls feel good and are easy to get to.
Tone:
Bright & snappy? Dark & smooth? You get it all with this guitar. You couldn't ask for better pickups for versatility.
Action:
I had to adjust one string which was set too close to the neck....that was it.

2nd one, still loving it!
Quality:
Well built guitar, a tribute to Fender Indonesia quality control.
Sound:
Love the sound. Enough 'tele' with a warm bottom end.
Reliability:
First one only received periodic maint. Nothing else needed.
Overall:
Well built, easy to play, good looking axe. Setup was near perfect out of the box. One string height adjustment and one string intonation adjustment all it needed.
Playability and Feel:
Rides very well. Fast neck, good body hugging weight and feel, standing or sitting. My fav of all the Teles I have owned.
Tone:
A warmer sound that classic Tele. Tone controls can take it up to bright or down to a nice smooth tone.
Finish:
No aberrations in paint or wood anywhere that I can find.
Action:
Action was near perfect, as noted in comment above.

Exceptional for the money; good guitar at any price
Quality:
Well made; yes. It seems quite dependable for the money and will be flawless with the new pickups and neck. Honestly, when all is said and done, I'll have a remarkable guitar for around 500 bucks. Not decent, not pretty good... remarkable.
Sound:
Honestly, I'm shocked. I've played (and own)lots of Fender instruments, from vintage US made to MIJ masterpieces from FujiGen. This sounds, out of the box, good enough to gig on professionally. Obviously, it needed nut work, and it could stand a fret job (but it's more than playable). These Duncan Designed P-90s are really, really good. I had planned on (and still will) replacing them with handwound Roadhouse P-90s, but even Ken at Roadhouse agrees that these are wonderful pickups for the money. Again, I can't emphasize enough, it's very gig-able.
Reliability:
The neck finish is obviously too thin, and hand oils will stain the neck eventually. I'll be replacing it with a Warmoth replacement neck, so no worries here. It's rock solid other than that, honestly. I've played American Fenders that seemed much less reliable.
Overall:
This is a real gem in the Squire/Fender line. While not perfect, it is a lot closer than it should be for the price. I own over 40 guitars (vintage Nocasters, les pauls, hand made custom instruments etc), and this was a fun surprise.
I would buy this guitar for 3x the price.
Playability and Feel:
It feels great, and I feel like a bit of a tool saying that about an Indonesian Squire. Kudos to the guys and gals at that factory. The neck is comfortable, and all the controls are smooth and feel substantial.
Tone:
The tone was spanky but not obnoxious, warmer than I expected but not muddy at all. It lacks significant "shimmer" in the traditional Tele sense, but this is a whole different beast. With the aftermarket Roadhouse pickups, I'll recapture some of that. To be clear, the "out of the box" tone is VERY usable, even in a professional setting.
Finish:
The body is awesome (blonde on this one). No flaws. The neck seems decent, but as I mentioned, the neck finish is too thin for a serious player and a maple/maple neck.
Action:
Strangely enough, the action was pretty good, and it was well intonated. As I mentioned above, it needed nut shaping to eliminate first position wonkiness.

Quality ha...?? First one I got had the stamp on the head stock smeared like it was moved before it was done plus the 6th e string was further apart from the others due to the neck being put on wrong thing would not stay in tune sent it back and got another
Sound:
You can get some really sweet tones from this beauty from ZZ top to Metallica and everything in between
Reliability:
Had Squier guitars before and never had any problems with them take care of your stuff and it will take care of you
Overall:
A lot of guitar for little money the pickups sound like real P 90's I always wanted a nice telecaster and this one was well within my price range
Playability and Feel:
The action is great the neck feels nice and smooth love the retro knobs and the fact each pickup has it's own tone volume knob can't put it down
Tone:
Nice hot pickups sound great through my marshall VS100 head and Peavey M4 cab
Finish:
It's ok has some flaws but for the money it's well worth it
The blonde look is sweet
Action:
The action was great on my 2nd one no need to adjust anything sounded great out of the box

Product seems well made. Initial impressions seems like it will last a while with care.
Reliability:
I've only had it about five months. And so far no problems.
Overall:
For the money, this guitar was a steal. A nice tele-type guitar.
Playability and Feel:
Plays like a tele should. Light (when compared to my Les Paul), with that satin finished neck. It plays fast and feels good. Like a telecaster should.
Tone:
The p90's give it a more ballsy type of single coil sound. Like single coils on steroids. But you can get bright and snappy, or dial it down to dark and smooth. Rock, Blues, Country, this git can do it all.
Finish:
Polyester paint looks kinda thick. It's okay, nothing great.
Action:
Playability was good right out of the box. Made minor to adjustments at 1st string change, but that was it.
