Fender nailed with the Passport Venue. Perfect for my needs. What I love is that you don't need an engineering degree to use it and get great results.

My only real quarrel with this system is the misleading “venue” title and description. Don’t plan on using this for anything other than 1 singing man with an acoustic guitar or public speaking in a very small setting such a coffee shop. Other than that, I love the portability, simple setup and durable shell. Has a overall generally good sound.

Nice set up, and easy to use. The record feature is cool--great for jamming. I have been using it with my piano and it sounds good. Great for micing amps and vocals, its durable and simple, just the way I like it.

Was toting full size PA back and forth; loading it, unloading it, setting up and tearing for church service every week. Now one portable package does it All. And it sounds great.

Spent some time researching portable PA's to find one that would fit my needs. I'm really impressed with the sound of the Venue. It's easy to put up and take down. I added a 30 watt amp to the "sub out" to boost the low end and that added icing to the cake. I'm anxious to do a gig to field test it. There is one thing the Venue doesn't have, an 'effects out' option for adding a processor (delay unit in my case). But, so far, the adjustable reverb is doing quite well without the delay.
Would I recommend this product? In a heartbeat. I've also done business with AMS for years and they have always been aces.

I've used this PA many times when playing with musician friends who owned one and was always impressed with the ease of use and excellent output. Now that I have one I'm even more impressed! What a great product and as usual top of the line supply from American Musical Supply!!

Great PA for traveling Musician

Your general opinion of this product.
Five stars for this product. Our band, a trio of 2 guitars and drums uses a Fender Passport 500 which appears to be the same as this model. It can handle outside gigs up to 300 people no problem and more than enough for any indoor gig. We get a lot of gigs in part because we are not a LOUD Head Banging type band. If you play this type of music, or play very large venues, then the Fender Passport PA is not for you.
We have been using the Fender Passport for approx. 3 yrs and so far no issues. We gig out 3-5 times a month. Appears to be well made and feel it will last a long time.
Very easy to transport, use , set up and tear down.
Light weight for easy transport and sounds great. We run only vocals thru it and mike the amps. Wish it had separate Main / Monitors feature without adding additional weight to the unit ( is that possible)??
Very good. I think the vocals (and drum machine when we use it) sound better thru the Fender Passport than the larger PA we were using.
