Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? See finish. I am considering buying a second. Everything was tight and it all feels tight and gives a confidence inspiring feel, less the input jack. Reliability How has it stood up over time? Lic. Floyd is much much better than expected. On a linear scale between other licsenced Floyds and originals this one would be much closer to the original, a Schaller even. It is very nice. Even has solid brass sustain block. The rest of the guitar is tight and feels good. Only complaint would be input jack is incrdibly loose. The weight of a curly chord may pull it out. I purchased a different EMG for another guitar. May swap out input jack, although the original work fine as is, just the chord goes in really easy unlike other EMG 'double click' equiped guitars. Otherwise seems like it will last like any other much more costly pieces of gear. Overall Your general opinion of this product. Overall worth more than the price suggests. Uniques feel and features. You will love it or just not 'get' it. I love it, though not my first Fenandes. Playability and Feel How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing? Has an aquired feel. Like Stout ale. I love it. The 16 inch radius just kills. The neck profile is like a mixture of Strat C, PRS wide-fat, & Jackson. All with the Fernandes own profile. Feels odd and thick at first, but once you get used to it, others feel odd. I love though I like fat, thick 50s SG, style necks. Tone Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin? Incedibly musical unplugged and sustains quite well in this state. Obviously even better when amplified. Sounds nice and thick but I can achieve some good cleans if needed. Finish How did the stain or paint job look? Immaculate. No finish flaws at all. No rough fret ends, not paint or other 'boogers'. The white is really white. No sharp edges on the Floyd either. Feels quality made.. Action How was the action out of the box? Very good. I would say 99% as low as I would like it without buzzing. And I like it nearly resting on the frets. Only thing impeading any lowering now is how high the strings are at the locking nut. I always follow the 1st-3rd fret luthiers rule. I am not complaining. Lower than any US Strat I ever had..
