Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? yes Features What do you consider to be the best features of this product? What features would you add to this product if you could? I like all the features. But I would love to have this rackmountable. But I guess it's more geared to be moved around for location recording, given the nice case that comes with this. Ease of Use How easy is this product to use? How easy is the product to use with other products? Did it take long for you to learn to use this product? Was the manual helpful? How playable do you consider this product to be? This unit is very easy to use. Sound How is the tone? Kind of thin sounding but I was comparing it agaisnt preamps that cost 4 to 5 times more which isn't really fair. For preamps in the $500 range it is probably one of the best. Reliability How has it stood up over time? It has been very realiable General Your general opinion of this product. This unit has given me some pretty good vocal recordings. The preamp is pretty thin sounding. Which is good for some recordings. I have owned this over a year and for $400-$500 bucks its a good preamp.

Quality Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable? So far so good. Only have about two months but have gotten my best sounding Jazz Bass tone ever with the ISA-ONE. Vocals also Stellar. Going to use it on a kick drum next with an RE-20 or D12 dynamic should sound great Features What do you consider to be the best features of this product? What features would you add to this product if you could? This preamp is increadably flexible as it has a line level input which can be looped thru to an amplifier than use the microphone input to mike the guitar amp and since it has both a seperate line out and microphone output you can send both signals to tape and blend later or mix real time. The switchable impeadance selection is also very nice. Ease of Use How easy is this product to use? How easy is the product to use with other products? Did it take long for you to learn to use this product? Was the manual helpful? How playable do you consider this product to be? The ISA One is very intuative and easy to use and provides truly first class sound as you would expect from a Rupert Neve designed product Sound How is the tone? I own several high end preamps and this rates up there with any of them. any because of the variable impedance switch you can change the tone as well. Reliability How has it stood up over time? I have only owned the ISA-ONE for about two months so time will tell, however it is built like a tank. General Your general opinion of this product. Great sounding and very versital in its use.
