Good design, decent value.
Quality:
Looks good, but haven't had it long enough to tell.
Sound:
There seem to be two types of acoustic amps manufactured: the type that has a lush stereo sound (like the Marshalls, Rolands, etc.); and the type that exhibits a more direct less processed sound.(This Fishman model, SWR, etc.) The first type works well for solo artists who wish to have a big full sound. However most of that processing and stereo lushness is lost in the context of a full band, and an amp that can get loud without feedback while still preserving a fairly natural acoustic tone is better. This product works well in the full band situation, but if I were a solo artist, I would choose one of the stereo amplifiers.
Reliability:
Haven't had it long enough to know - seems well-built.
Overall:
A good all around acoustic guitar amp. Loud enough to work in a full band situation on a small or medium sized club stage if the band plays at moderate volume levels. XLR outputs on back for feeding the mixer. I play in a band that sometimes does "semi-unplugged" sets using a full drum kit and electric bass but with acoustic guitars. This works well for that and cuts through. I am giving it four stars instead of five because it does not come with a cover (and it would be easy to break of a knob because of the design), and the effects are merely adequate.
Playability and Feel:
It's very light for power output, the ten degree angle of the cabinet works very well to get the sound to ear level on an average sized club stage.
Tone:
Fairly easy to get a decent tone out of my Tacoma with a fishman prefix pick up.
Finish:
Not bad for its price.
Action:
The knobs worked smoothly and seem solid enough.

This is truley a PRO acoustic guitar amp
Quality:
I would consider this the "Twin Reverb" of acoustic guitar amps. It looks and sounds excellent.
Sound:
The tone is top notch. You can dial in any tone your little heart desires in a few seconds. I run a songwriter's showcase and some open mic events. So lots of guitarists have plugged in to this amp. They have all been impressed with the sound so far. It is easy to use. I am very happy with AMS and my purchase of this amp.
Reliability:
So far it has worked perfectly without a hint of trouble.
Overall:
WOW! This amp sounds excellent, is the perfect size and weight and is very versatile.
Playability and Feel:
It does not have a neck either.
Tone:
Again it is and amp. The tone varieties are perfect for any acoustic guitar, steel string or nylon. It doubles as a PA for small venues as you can plug a a mic or mixer straight into the XLR input and your guitar into the other channel and go.
Finish:
The covering is very sturdy and it is built well.
Action:
It's an amp. It does not have "action".
